Description
The Fantec NVMe31 is a compact hard drive enclosure for the installation of one NVMe-SSD. This SSD-Type in combination with the USB 3.1 Gen. 2 interface allows for data-rates up to 10 Gbit/s. Due to the easy and quick installation the SSD is ready for use in no time and perfectly protected by the aluminum case. Modern NVMe-SSDs get very warm. Therefore passive cooling on the Fantec NVMe31 is supported by the integrated thermal pad. This makes the SSD „stick“ to the inside of the enclosure so the heat dissipation through the enclosure is optimized. This allows the advantage of speed of NVMe-SSDs to be used even in continuous use.
